Bug Reports / Can't pack file error

I wanted to make the query about an error that happens to me with Metashape. I am doing a process of around 750 photos, I take all the workflow carried out to the digital elevation model, when generating the orthophoto I get the following error:
"Can't pack file error" and I can't generate the orthophoto.
All photos and project are stored on a 2TB external hard drive, with 1TB available. I have read that it is due to memory, but I can't explain it.
Someone could help me?
