Agisoft Cloud / Very long processing in Agisoft Cloud

Hi all!
I started the processing of my project in Agisoft Cloud more than one week ago.
Since the first day of cloud processing, my project is stuck at 37% of completion, and the time to completion continues to increase (see image attached).
I have an educational plan, but if I interpret the FAQ correctly (https://agisoft.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000155990-plans-billing), the process would not have started if I didn't have availability of processing time.
So, I was wondering if there is any hope that my process will be completed.
