Agisoft Viewer / Wrong heights in agisoft viewer

HI!
i did a scan for a construction project in metashape.
the client doesn't have 3D software so i recomendded agisoft viewer.

i exported the pointcloud as a OC3. when oppening in viewer on my machine the heigts display correctly. when i open the same file on the clients computer it displays al hiegts about 30m higer.
normaly i would think this is a problem with the geoid but i can't seem to change this.

what can i do?

General / Lighting on the wrong side of pointcloud

i'm trying to combine a laserscan with a photogrammetry model. the laserscan is made with a faro stationary scanner and the photogrammetry model is done with a mavic 3 enterprise.
both models align and look great but the lighting of the laserscan is on the wrong side. what i mean is that the outside of the model is lit but the inside looks like theres is a shadow. i think it has to do with normals in different programs but i don't know how to fix it.
the laserscan is E57 format.

any help would be appreciated

Bug Reports / Points visible only from certain angles

Hi!
im trying to filter out low quality points from my dense cloud using the filter på confidence option.
when i filter out my points i select them with the selection tool and delete them.
the problem is when i zoom or change the viewing angle new points apear!
it makes it impossible to know if al the bad points are deleted.
am i doing something wrong?

in the pictures below the red box shows points i can see and the yellow box shows apearing points when i zoom in.

please help.
