Camera Calibration / GPS/INS Offset settings questions

I'm new to Agisoft Metashape so I've got some basic questions. Our drone is the Freefly Alta X with an Emlid GNSS module. The offsets FROM the camera TO the GPS antenna:
Forward 0.23m
Left 0.06m
Up 0.73m
Should the Reference Values in the GPS/INS Offset tab be:
X: 0.06
Y: -0.23
Z: 0.73
When I shoot oblique, I typically use 30 degrees forward of Nadir. According to the diagram in the manual, that makes the Pitch Offset negative 30. Is that correct? It seems backwards.
