Camera Calibration / How to get the corresponding image coordinate in the undistort img?

Hi,
After images alige, I can get the camera intrisic parameters,.
 I have some pixels coordinates in original image, and I want to get the corresponding image coordinate in the undistort img, with python script.

Camera Calibration / Imgs taken by auto focus, calibration tool only estimate one focus

Hi,
I use auto focus mode to capture an object in difference distance, the calibration tool only estimated one camera focus, is that the mean focus?
When I use my phone camera in manual focus mode, the estiamted focus are more than one.

Python and Java API / How to scale the 3d model with the marker cooridinate I have choosed?

I set 4 marker and their coordinates with python code, and now I want to update Transform with the 4 markers,  just like in GUI, choose these markers and press update Transform button.
