General / Basemap not load properly

Dear Agisoft,

I work on an underwater site, the site is geo ref, when i display the basemap it looks very blurry when i zoom in (image attached) when i zoom out too much the base map load correctly, any idea if its a bug?

Hello Mohammed,

Which GPU is used for OpenGL rendering on your machine? Does it help to increase the VRAM limit for VBO buffer via Advanced Preferences tab of Metashape window?

Dear Alexey,

I use NVidia RTX 2080 super and i use in VBO a 2048 VRAM, i increase it to 8192 VRAM and still heavy actually its heavier when i filter selection and become a bit flexible in normal mode.

General / Filter selection issue

Dear Agisoft,

I have a full building model of 50 million poly while i go to filter by selection option to clean some extra mesh the model still read the full 50 million poly and the model is still heavy to manipulate in the scene.
Please any idea to fix that?

General / application font issue with 4k screen laptop

Dear Agisoft,

I hade a new computer with 4k screen resolution but once i install MetaShape the font of the application didn't become right (see screenshots) they are too big or too small.
I tried to change the High DPI but it didn't work! 
The same issue with Agisoft delighter.
Could you please fix it?

Hello Mohamed,

Import Laser Scans command assumes that you are loading individual scans - per scanner location, which contain the depth data, intensity and, optionally, spherical panorama.

You can send the E57 to support@agisoft.com, but according to the message it seems that the input data is not in the required format and is merged point cloud instead.

Hello Mohammed,

It seems that you are trying to load point cloud instead of individual laser scans (with depth data) via Import Laser Scans command.

Dear Alexey,

I used the commend File---Import---Import LaserScanner and the sw keep gives me the error!
Do you want me to send you the E57 file?

Hello Mohamed,

You should move all cameras to the camera station group. According to the screenshot the group is empty and the cameras are ungrouped.

General / Panorama not working well

Dear Agisoft,

I have some images taken from same position to creat a panorama inside MetaShape but every time gives me different wrong results, i even tried the dataset  provided from your website and gives me  also wrng reults. Did i do something wrong?
I import images
2- make camera groups
3- set the group as Stationary
4- Aligh photos?

I just tried Guided image match and got long time process and miss alignment many photos? So what dose it do?

I imagine the sequential selection means it will choose pairs which follow each other in the sequence of photos whereas estimated means it will look for large features across the range of photos for pairing. So I imagine sequential will work faster if you have taken the photos in an orderly way (such as from a drone or, as with me, photographing sculpture in a methodical way working my way around it).

But I could be totally wrong!
