Hi

My goal is to monitor a distance between two targets:

I would like to set a image scale with two targets groups (Targets A,B,C & X,Y,Z), give them a scale with some specific scalebar distances (A-B, A-C, B-C and X-Y,X-Z,Y-Z).
then need to estimate the distance between target A-X.

Is there a possibility to do that in PhotoScan with only one Image?

which version of photoscan you have?
I think with version 1.2.4 this problem is solved.

What is the vegetation? in some cases there is more overlapping recommended. try to play with the align settings. (lower accurancy, lower Key points limit) in some cases it helps to get these images aligned...

I got some problems in Orthomosaic:
specialy in forest area I got holes in Orthophoto - see image.
is there any workaround to fill / blend these holes.
I know it is cause the area isn't on any image. bit may be I can do something expect of a new flight...

I see your pictures have Geotag...
try to align with "reference"
if this does not help, you can select the not align images, rightclick and click "align selected cameras". in many times this helps.
otherwise there is may be a problem in overlap ore quality of the images?

Hi
You need to build first the Orthomosaic:
Workflow -> build Orthomosaic.
with that you generate your Orthophoto and you can view it in Workspace...
After you build it, you can export it like in version 1.1...

I think you should use at least 3 markers with high. so you can define a plane (vithout tilting)...
and yes, you can use the hight from your first scan. but these should not change in the other modells.

Hi Stefano.

I think you need markers to comare the different DEM's.
with that, your DEM is every time on the same place with the same size...
