    I totally agree with you, but the noisy girl model is not my scan data, I fix it for my client.

Mfranquelo,

    if you choose "same", you need to turn off "adaptive" in Zremesher options, that will keep same polygons.

  Can I set zero for the polygon count,  the reference PDF says  "0"size means maximum size with no optimize.

Hi admir,
   I export the model from phtoscan to zbrush, re-topology and re-uv in zbrush, then export the fixed model back to photoscan generate new texture,  and fix the texture in photoshop.
   
   Special thanks to photoscan. its great software.
