Face and Body Scanning / Texture Black Error

Hello, I'm having this kind of error lately, i have done 20+ people without a problem and now (i might have different version of agisoft since i had to download it again thanks to a hard drive failiure) I had this problem 3 times out of last 5 people. Everything happens the same, dense cloud and mesh are OK (not perfect, I'm doing a separate head, but this is still a problem) but after applying the texture, waist up is completely black, i have tried different blending modes and different depth filterings but nothing helps. Anyone having the same problem?

UPDATE:
Ok, so after recreating the whole model and not cleaning anything in the dense cloud, it works. But it is still quite bothersome since the uncleaned mesh is obviously worse.
