Can we also have the ability to import the model, then the texture? Not everyone uses .mtl files so the files might not exist anymore. The app just starts loading the mesh, taking time, then spits back it can't load it because the texture/mtl is missing? At least warn the user before loading the mesh that the .mtl is missing.

I am wondering if anyone noticed any loss of detail? Close up I am seeing small regions looking filled with solid color or looking like a a result of a blur. Compared to the original you can see there is detail there and in Photoshop you can color correct that area up and detail remains.

I agree with Infinite (Lee?) about using the AO some how. From my tests on some large rock features with lots of deep cracks, it always seems to need help on the shadow side where the cracks are. If you come up with the large shadow masking and then combine that with AO, then you might be able to find those areas on the first pass. From the blog post you talk about this 'ambient occlusion overlapping with cast shadow'.

But for assets solved straight from Metashape and brought right into the app for delighting, this is very nice! I am thinking the additional maps are for advance usage. Thanks for this tool!
