Thats awesome thanks! - Is this script runnable from within Agisoft? i have tried all of the python scripts in that folder. I only ask because once we take a dense cloud out of agi i cant put it back in to create a model.

Yes exactly, the 'footprint' of each photo would be awesome

General / Re: How to create Thermal Model 3D?

If you have a multi-spectral camera that collects both RGB and IR and your able to import the images as a 'multispectral' then it will be able to tie them with the higher resolution RGB photos and you will be able to export a thermal texture.

For mine, i couldnt export the thermal with raster calculated colours, and instead used QGIS to modify the texture file colours from grayscale to thermal

Hi All,

I created a model with photos taken in 4 colour bands and then imported them as multi-spectral images. My orthophoto looks awesome with a thermal colour scheme done in the raster calculator, but my 3d model texture is just grayscale. How do i get it to use the raster calculated colour scheme?

Thanks,

I am interested in this as well

What kind of work are you looking to have done?

7
Would there be a way to incorporate this as a python script? This sounds like something I would be very interested in

8
Just wondering if anyone has worked on or made a script that would export the extent of each cameras coverage on the orthophoto.

I had a similiar issue, was on a trial, then  purchased the software - input the paid license and it still says xx days left

I have been using blender, definately a steeper curve to learn but has the potential for some really high quality outputs

I am intrigued as well, we have had fairly good results with the regular frame but havent tried the fisheye compensation yet

12
So i fixed my own issue by removing a few of the photos.... the photos were the furthest away. After that it tied together just fine

13
I ran a dataset of 188 photos on both low and high for tie points and I either get a flat tie point layer or im getting a garbled mess... neither are optimal. I have tried a few different settings for running the tie points but i cant get it dialed in. The dataset is photos taken from a Phantom 4 of a building in a field

Any tips? its my first time having an issue like this

Will try it out. Thanks!

General / Low GPU Usage during Dense Cloud creation
« on: January 24, 2017, 07:46:18 PM »
I have a new setup: i7-7700k, GTX 1080, 64gb ram, and raid 0 ssd's. Currently during the dense cloud i was getting low GPU usage (22% average) with sharp spikes and drops during the first phase of the dense cloud. During the second phase im getting ~2% usage on average. It seems like processing is taking too long... but maybe im just being impatient
