This was my workflow in Photoscan to create the orthomosaic, I want to see yours!! I had big distortions especially on the borders. I don´t know if you solved that issue.

I would like to know, if someone have experience with this, how to create a good thermal orthomosaic with Agisoft Photoscan, is better use the sparse cloud or the dense cloud? if is the dense cloud, wich mode: aggressive, mild or moderate? and finally with the mesh: height field or arbitrary?

A few months ago, I've been working hard for a good result of a thermal orthomosaic. So these were my best results at the end.

General / Pixel values in a mosaic with TIFF images

Hi,

I´m trying to understand how works the creation of a mosaic in photoscan

When I use various TIFF images with information in their pixels (in my case temperatures) to make a mosaic, how the software works when stitch them? It create a average of the value of same pixel in different images?

Obviously the temperature in same pixel in different images can´t be the same, because of that I need to know what the software do when stitch the images.

Hi, I´m trying to align TIFF images to create an orthomosaic with temperature values in the pixels,

I´m not sure how works that in photoscan, when I use them in Photoscan, the pictures are completely white, probably it could be a problem for the allignement, I don´t know why happened that.

But the most important thing I need to know is how the software stitch the images, the software do an average of the thermal values in the orthomosaic or what?

Thank you!! That works for the toolbar but the Intel Video Card doesn´t works, thank god I have a GeForce integrated.

Intel doesn´t have any new update for mi video card.

Thanks for the reply Alexey, yes I updated windows 10 a few days ago, and it was a big update (spent hours).

It only works in model mode.

You mean the problem could be the new windows update? Could be because the graphic card disappear (Intel HD Graphics 4000) in preferences menu (and before I can see it there).

Wich should be the solution?

Bug Reports / Toolbar doesn't work (solved)

I don´t know what happens with my trial version of Photoscan Professional but since yesterday when I click in an image to create a mask or to put a marker the software is blocked, I can´t make zoom and the toolbar dissapear until y close the image.

An strange message appear in the console, I attach an image.

Please help!

General / Thermal data in the orthomosaic pixels

Hello,

I´m working with thermal data in my RGB and IR camera,

I need to do an ortomosaic with thermal data but when I create the ortomosaic and export it as a TIFF file the values of temperatura that I have in each pixels disappear, the software is not capable to do show the termal information in any format?

I think the only way is create a ortomosaic with a colour ramp who represent the temperature values, but I think for work in a GIS software that is a big problem.

Anyone have any solution to that? Or I´m doing something bad?

I have a RGB and IR camera, I´m new with the thermal images and I need to know how work with them, I want to do an ortomosaic with the temperature data for introduce in a GIS as a raster and work with him.

Wich is the process necessary?
