General / Re: MERGE DRONE IMAGES AND AERIAL PHOTOS USING SLR
« on: March 16, 2018, 04:00:23 AM »
The above images are the aerial photos using SLR camera with focal length of 55- 200mm and the lower portion with 4.3mm focal length is the drone images..

My question : Is there any chance i can align all imagery in the process and continue to build one orthophoto?

Thank you very much for all the help :)

Thank you SAV for the reply. this will help me to know more about the details of agisoft! thanks :) evryone

HELLO GUYS!

I need your suggestions regarding in my issue of combining aerial images using SLR and drone images..

Is it possible to merge those images (drone images & SLR aerial images)? since drone images has coordinates and aerial photos using SLR doesn't have .. i used to align both images but it only shows the drone images, doesn't show my SLR images .. Any one help me to combine those imagery .. :( i need your help..

okay sav thank you so much!

SAV may i know what is the meaning of  fit f fit cx cy fit k1 fit k2 .. etc in the optimize camera alignment?

Thank you SAV,

1. how will i calibrate the same camera but different focal length individually?

2. In that case, if cameras are aligned, they should then also have dense point cloud...

Is there any way SAV to align those unaligned photos, so they will be also used for dense point cloud?  there any tool in agisoft ? coz i need to use all images..

3. i will try it. :)
4.  solved.

General / Optimize Camera (SLR& Point & Shoot Photos) & Dense Cloud
« on: March 14, 2018, 06:47:50 AM »
Good Day SAV & Lex, help me....I have issue regarding in my processing of images (SLR & Point and shoot).

 1. Is it possible to process/combine all the images in agisoft processing, even if it is NOT the same camera used? ( CANON and NIKON)

2. I have issues also, after i aligned those photos, most of the photos doesn't build DENSE CLOUD POINTS.. how will i solve this issues regarding on build dense cloud? because i really need to include those photos..

 3. How to improve alignment /accuracy of sfm ( structure from motion) images, using photoscan (advance settings)? can i use the ''optimize camera'' when will i use it?

4. should i calibrate those cameras in agisoft lens every time ,after loading its images? (NIKON & CANON)

Thank you very much! .. thank you for helping us always :) :-*

Is it "stand alone license or floating license"? thank you everyone..   ::)

Thank you very much!

Good morning Lex, Thank you for the answer... :)

I have another question regarding to my exported orthophoto, it is rugged and when i exported DEM it is also edgy ..i figure out that it was rough when i create a  cross section using another sofware, it is sharp.. i have to make it smoother.. :(

what will i do lexy.. is there any solution of that inside the agisoft?

Thank you so much !

I have a question regarding to my aerial images of a Volcano taken using Digital camera not Drone,  because i was processing my images in agisoft so that i can overlay it on my map..   when i finished processing all the images it shows the correct features.. does this images have Z values or altitude? since it was able to create the 3D view of the Volcano?

Thank you very much ! :DDDD

Thank you so much SAV, by the way i forgot to say that, when we took pictures using digital camera from above, were in the helicopter, taking pictures of Mayon Volcano, we dont have any handhelp GPS when taking pictures...

and to fast forward,  i combined those images in the process, yesterday, and when the alignment is done, my aerial images of Digital camera doesn't aligned.. only those UAV photos... so sad.. :-[ i think it's not possible..

Thank you very much! SAV

General / Digital Camera photos and Drone Photos

Good day!

I have question regarding in Digital camera pictures and drone pictures, Is there any negative effect, if i combined those photos in the agisoft proicessing? Since drone images have coordinates while digicam images doesn't have xy value.

i need to process both type of images in one process.

Thank you :) i hope you will get my point . :)

Thank you lex!

Question: Is it possible to Manually adjust the bounding box? (maximize the area) so that the region will be fit inside ? avoid cut..

General / Cluster processing Project file size is too big
« on: November 28, 2017, 06:22:03 AM »
Good Day, i have issue about my Cluster Processing using Agisoft, before i don't use cluster process because i only have small number of photos, but now i tried to use Cluster processing because i have large number of photos around 7,000 and i need to make a one big chunk out of those photos.. i also tried to process it (7,000 PHOTOS) without cluster and the file size of PSZ is around 7,000,000 KB and after that i processed it using Cluster Processing and i observed that the file size became more bigger around 24,000,000 KB .. my problem is that i can't put marker on my clustered file because it's too large and it crushed!   :-[

Question1: Can anybody explain why is it cluster processing makes the Project file size more bigger than normal processing using one PC?

Question2: i also noticed that cluster processing CUT some parts of my REGION, is there any limitations in the area or anything to do with the BOUNDING BOX??( The Red Square Line )

BELOW IS THE ATTACHED PHOTOS AS PROOF ABOUT MY ISSUE.

thank you so so so so much! :-*
