General / Radiometric Calibration Dialogues

Hello all,
I am currently processing sequoia multispectral imagery data with a radiometric panel with QR codes.
During processing in the GUI will radiometric correction take place automatically? If so, how do I know this? When I do the Tools -> Calibrate Reflectance, the program seems to search for files, but ends up not doing anything or displaying anything in the GUI.
