General / Micasense Altum-PT data processing
« on: October 05, 2022, 01:26:47 PM »
How does Agisoft handle altum-pt data? There are 3 different resolutions. When you fly 120m multispectral bands have GSD approx. 5,28 cm, panchromatic 2,49 cm and thermal 33,5 cm. When I export orthomosaic all bands have same resolution as multispectral bands. Can I export so that each band have their designated resolution?

Hello rover,

Can you please provide the screenshot or exact text of the error message observed?

It's pretty hard because that error is there just like one second or so and then disappears.

Can there be a conflict if some other installed software is using those same plugins? Coworker was able to install agisoft on a laptop, but it would be nice to get it working on that desktop pc in question as well.

Bug Reports / qt plugin missing

Coworker has  a problem starting metashape pro 1.7.1 (windows 10 OS). At start it says something about missing plugin and shuts down. Re-installed multiple times without success. What could be the solution to this problem?

I was wondering the same. I ran 2 test sets, 56 images from P4 rtk. Dense cloud processing time more than doubled when fit additional corrections was on (18  vs 42 min). Just a few moments ago I finished processing a set of 800 images. Dense cloud on high quality took 14 hours. That could be 5-6 hours when not using additional fit.

So Alexey are you saying this will improve in the future?

Bug Reports / Re: Dense cloud and CUDA error
« on: May 12, 2019, 03:01:27 PM »
Figured this out: MSI afterburner was the reason for this. Usually I make sure that program is closed during agisoft sessions. But now I noticed there is a button where you can set to load OC values at windows startup. That button was on and I didn't even know that. So I think OC settings were applied in the background even though afterburner was closed.

Bug Reports / Dense cloud and CUDA error
« on: May 07, 2019, 11:02:25 PM »
At the moment I can't pass dense cloud phase at all. Everytime I get this cuda error. I have installed/re-installed gpu drivers, uninstalled and installed agisoft etc. Nothing works. Any suggestions?

General / Re: new agis 1.52
« on: March 29, 2019, 02:08:16 PM »
I updated the driver, still failed.
Re-installed the same driver using clean install method, same thing.
Then i removed and re-installed agisoft and now I got passed that point where the dense cloud crashed. It seems to be working again.

Nvidia driver is now the newest 419.67. No problems with alignment.

Bug Reports / Re: GPU not recognized

We learned that the virtual machine needs different kind of license for GPU in order to enable CUDA. We'll make changes to the server and it should work after that  :)

Hello rover,

I can suggest to make a clean driver install for the latest NVIDIA drivers downloaded directly from their web-site.

If the problem persist, please check, if GPU-Z or similar utilities are able to detect CUDA and OpenCL for your GPU.
Hi!
Here is gpu-z screenshot. It doesn't detect cuda or openCL at this moment. I'll see what I can do about drivers and post again after that.

Bug Reports / GPU not recognized
« on: March 13, 2019, 12:16:03 PM »
The problem here is that the GPU tab in preferences is empty. When I start agisoft everything looks ok. It does show the gpu which is Tesla P100. When I go into preferences and open the GPU tab, the error on the last line is written in the log. Since this I have updated Agisoft to 1.5.1 and still the same problem.
