Hi all,
I am an agisoft photoscan beginner user who is currently using version 1.4.4, I understand that you could process 360 panoramic images to create 3D models by going to tools -> camera calibration -> changing the lens to panoramic, and the result is not bad. I would like to add some regular pictures taken by my camera too to give more details, is there a way to mix in both pictures?
Best regards,

General / Using Panoramas photo to create 3D models (Need Help)
« on: October 17, 2020, 09:27:33 AM »
Good day to you all,
I am currently learning to use Agisoft to create point-cloud models, would it be possible to use panoramas photo to create the model and mix with normal photo to increase details?  How to use both types of photos in one model?
Thanks!

General / Using Panoramas photo to create 3D models (Need Help)

Greeting,
I am new to Agisoft and I have just started learning to use Photogrammetry to create 3D point cloud models. Though out my learning I have discovered that using the Panoramas image to create 3D point cloud is very effective.
My question is, I am currently using version 1.3.3 build 4827 (64 bit) which is a very old version of Agisoft, the Panorama function is not very good, and you cannot mix panoramas image and normal image to create 3D point cloud models, which is quite annoying, I use panorama camera to scan and use canon 550D to capture details.
Did the new version improve on Panorama images? If  I upgrade my Agisoft do I need extends or attachments for the Panorama image function?
Thanks, and best regards.
