Hello,

I also use a Macbook Pro with an egpu and recently I can no longer generate a point cloud. Photos can be aligned and error reduction carried out, but in the middle of the point cloud creation process the MacBook shuts down.
I haven't worked on any projects in the last few weeks, but before that I never had a problem (up to Version 2.1).

It's not clear to me where I can find the point builddepthmaps/pm_enable? Could someone please explain to me or show me with a screenshot where I can make the setting?

General / Automate tree height determination based on coordinates

We have a permanent forest monitoring area with a full record of the tree population (tree species, GPS coordinates, diameter, height, etc.)
The area is regularly flown over with a multispectral drone. The elevation model (CHM) is generated manually after each flight. My question: Can the tree height determination also be automated using the known GPS points of the trees? What steps would this require?
I am aware that these can only be approximate values and cannot replace a terrestial recording!

I'm interested in the topic of multispectral recordings and can't get any further on the reflectance panel point.

If i use a micasense or mapir panel, there is a large excel file with a wavelength column (1nm steps) and the associated value.
According to the operating instructions, the Sentera panel has a fixed value for each band.
Do you then enter the fixed values ​​manually in Metashape, while I simply import the Excel list for others? Why are there such differences now? What does the table do and is one better or the other worse?
