Hello!

We suppose that black regions can't be seen from any photo. So there can't be texture on them. Extrapolation may be a solution and we'll discuss it.

We, have processed this data already. If the results are good enough for @Gatto there is no need to process them once more time.

We are working at extending Python with some PhotoScan classes and embedding it into PhotoScan. So we are interested which features are the most necessary.

I think it is possible to implement such solution in one of the next releases. It seems that this method will improve performance at the step "Align photos", but it is not evident if it is possible to improve other steps.
