You also need to mask out the water areas.
Additional : Don't use Generic and Reference Precelection.
In Case of Oblique Images (=not Nadir) Reference Preselction can cause problems (or if you insit on Reference Preselction, you have to input the Ground Elevation).

Massive Overlap, and some Circle-Flights around the Bridge should help you to allign.
Dont forget to Mask the Sky and the Water areas.

Dear Damir,

.rcp and .rcs are PointCloud-Formats from Autodesk ReCap.  You can import various PonitCloud Formats in Autodesk Recap and save them as Recap-Projekt (.rcp = Multiple Clouds in 1 File).
My Advise is to reduce the PointCloud density in Recap before importing it into Revit.

Anybody tested the Radeon R9 390X2 yet?   (=Dual-GPU, 2x 8 GB GDDR5 Ram, 2x Grenada Pro Chip at 1000 MHz)

are 2 R9 390X faster for Agisoft?

or should I use 2 GTX 980 Ti ?

Thx for your advise.

just convert your 2D Polys to 3D Polylines and reimport them. Then it should work
