I'd like to request an option to toggle Vertex Color sampling off during mesh generation. For some of us it's an unnecessary step and takes a bit of calculation time

General / Moving an object to the center of the coordinate system

I'm having a bit of a problem figuring out how to move an object and it's pivot to the center of coordinate space. Is there something obvious that i'm missing?

Bug Reports / Dense Cloud points are not deleted from the OC3 file.

Hello,

In photoscan version 1.2.0 I've noticed that if i delete DC points in the project then the file size of the OC3 file remains the same (data does not get actually deleted).

Feature Requests / Wait/Delay Job - Batch Process

Hey guys,

I think an addition of a Batch Process Job type that allows to postpone the batch queue by specified time would be very welcome.

For example, I open two separate projects. I want them both to process on one machine without my attention. By adding Delay of X hours  I ensure one is finished before the other starts. (I'm talking about projects that are simply too big to load up as several chunks in one APS project)

A job of "Close application" would be welcome as well.

Feature Requests / Hide/Isolate Point clouds

I'd like to be able to isolate/hide a selected part of the (dense) point cloud without deleting anything.  A, it would be faster to display region we're working on and B, it would be quicker to process selections.

Feature Requests / Texture Aspect Ratio

Would love to see an option to set texture map aspect ratio. We could then bake 8192x16384 maps for example. That would be usefull for long and narrow meshes (where ortophoto mapping leaves a lot of empty space on a 1x1 map).

Bug Reports / %n points in the Dense Cloud

Is the reason for this that i exceeded 2 billion points in the dense cloud? The depth reconstruction did take 60 hours for that object.

Feature Requests / Insufficient Disk Space

One of the more problematic things I find about working with Photoscan is that its not telling me about not having enough disk space to save a file, it just acts as if the saving process went allright. So when I try to open the project later I find out that it got corrupted due to insufficient disk space available.

That often means that days of processing could be gone
