Camera Calibration / Convert camera parameter from Agisoft to Inpho

I would like to convert the calibrated camera parameter into Inpho,
as the calibrated parameters (Focal length and principal point) are in pixel unit,
I shall have the pixel size for conversion,
and how can I get or compute the calibrated pixel size?
Also, I am not sure any conversion shall be taken on K1, K2, K3, P1 and P2.
