Hello Agisoft,
what video formats does Photoscan support? I have a .MOV video from a DJI aircraft, and from what I can tell, Photscan cannot read the video. Thoughts?

Thank you Alexy for this information.  But the Align Photos Box does not ( as much as I can see) have the Reset Current Alignment toggle. Instead, from some further research, it seems by selecting the images you can right click and there one can select Reset Current Alignment. But this is a bit clunky, and not intuitive if it was built in the Align Photos Box. Please correct me if I am wrong.

General / Restarting from scratch

After completing processing imagery all the way up to making the mesh, if I want to change a few parameters and start all over again, if I just start the picture alignment, I think Photoscan will use the previous model and not start from scratch. If so, how do you start without the previous model? I know I have read it in the manual, but I cannot figureout where I saw it. Thanks

Interesting, you said the DEM can be used to project the images from the estimated camera positions. When does that step happen? Would there not be a conflict between the dense point cloud and the DEM, how is that resolved?
I am still missing the steps to incorporate the DEM. Should I import the DEM before I align the pictures, or at a later stage? Can you please describe the steps?

Not sure how long has Photoscan has the ability to import a DEM to improve geometry accuracy, but while reviewing the 1.4 manual, I discovered it this  option and I am very excited to explore its utility.

Yet, apart from mentioning the capability in a few words on page IV, I did not find further information in chapter 4,  Referencing and Camera Calibration.  Nevertheless, I did try to import an old lidar DEM .tif file, and aligned the pictures, but off the bat it does not seem the reference DEM was accounted for when inspecting the sparse point cloud. What am I missing?
It would be nice to know the limitations, of importing a reference DEM to the final model. For example, if a reference DEM has much coarser resolution, and not necessarily includes all the features capture from SfM.

Is the color correction option you are referring built-into Photoscan or do you mean I should use Photoshop?

Hello Agisoft community,
The flight lines or transects are apparent in the orthomosaics, despite to not seem to impact the DEM.
Attached is an example of my concern, four somewhat-vertical transacts are apparent in the the mosaic.
Are there any recommendations in how to smooth/obliterate/erase the flight lines in the scene?

I am able to adjust the path to single images, but that is not a practical solution for several hundreds
It appears there should be an approach to change the pah to All Camera or Selected Camera but either end up enabling to change one path at a time - 2X
Any ideas?

Bug Reports / Problems building texture: Missing images!?

Hello,
After completing the mesh step, I tried to build texture next, and to my surprise I got the following message: "Some images are either missing or were resized."- When expanding the error window message, it seems that the file paths are shorter than what it should be. For example the errors message is looking for a picture at E:\100_1\DSC01332.JPG , but folder 100_1 should be part of a much larger address that is missing.  Is there any way to edit the file path or folder path? Has anyone come about this problem before?

General / Does Photoscan use GPS coordinates to build a DEM or is it pure computer vision?

Hello,
We are having a fierce discussion on what is the contribution of the GPS coordinates when Photoscan process images to a DEM? Are they required, is the software depended on them when processing the data? Does RTK differential GPS  geotaged images provide a better final DEM solution?
