Hello ahmed KIMOO,

The short answer is "No" - yaw, pitch and roll are different from phi, omega and kappa.

You can see how OPK angles could be imported to PhotoScan using script command in the following thread:
http://www.agisoft.com/forum/index.php?topic=5891
can you tell the method of convert them?
thanks

General / Re: position and rotation of the images

Hello ahmed KIMOO,

You can enable "load camera orientation from XMP" in the Advanced tab of PhotoScan Preferences window.  Then load images or press import EXIF button on the Reference pane.
If it doesn't help, provide an example of the image to support@agisoft.com.

Alternatively, you can load all the information about camera position and orientation from the text file.
i did that, but gps psition only is imported not orientation.
how can i make sure the images contain orientation angles?
tyhanks,

Hello ahmed KIMOO,

Yes, you can convert the values externally and import to PhotoScan. Or you can use Convert button on the Reference pane, once the coordinates of the camera positions are loaded.
thanks for your answer

Hello ahmed KIMOO,

There are two options, georeference the model directly in the desired coordinate system, or, if the model has been georeferenced in another coordinate system, use different system in the coordinate system selection of the Export Points dialog. The second way will only work when there's a transformation available between system the model is referenced in and the output coordinate system.

But it's quite confusing, since int eh first post you are saying that points are exported in lat, long, alt format and then say that you need WGS84 coordinate system. Don't you have the desired result already?
the first option isnot available because the camera position is in a geographic coordinate ( is it available to export the camera location and transform it in the desired system and then import it again ??????????)
thanks,

Hello ahmed KIMOO,

What is the EPSG code of the zone you are interested in or it's name?
EPSG 4326

Hello ahmed KIMOO,

What do you mean under correct coordinates?

Usually people are using projected coordinate systems, like UTM and they are related to the geographic zone or country.
hello,
i want to use UTM but i don't find it in the dialog,
thanks,
