Hello, thanks for the feedback!

Actually most of the features you describe are already available.

In case there is an orthomosaic and DEM in your project it will be available for viewing in the embedded project viewer, as well as all other processing results.

As for the tools - all tools including annotations, inspection, import and export of vector layers are also available in a Full featured embedding mode.

As for the DEM - there is an option to display DEM in full 3D, this option can be turned on in its properties pane on the right.

For now I can say that this feature is planned and is in the early design stage, so I have no chance to provide you with any estimates on when it will be released.

Dear Vladimir Denisov,

At present, in case the processing task parameter has default value, instead of sending this value to the cloud, Metashape sends a flag, meaning that this parameter has default value.

Currently Metashape version 1.7.5. is deployed on the Agisoft Cloud computing nodes.  The default value of Texture size parameter in Metashape 1.7.5. is 4096, while the default value of the same parameter in Metashape 1.8.0. is 8192.

So when you start the Build Texture task in Metashape 1.8.0 and send it to the cloud, Metashape 1.7.5. starts Build Texture operation with default Texture size value, which is 4096 in 1.7.5.

Next month we are planning to update cloud computing nodes to Metashape 1.8.x, which will fix the issue.

For now if you need to build a texture with texture size equal to 8192 on the cloud, please use Metashape 1.7.5. as a client.

Dear Sebastian,
 
The *Area* property that is automatically calculated when drawing the polygon is not a 3D area of the surface under the polygon, but an area of the polygon, projected onto the plane best fitting the polygon's vertices. This method  is good enough, when it is needed to measure an area of the vertical or oblique surface, like facade or roof, but it is not the right method if it is needed to measure the surface area of a complex object.

Can you please specify if the current method provides your needs, or you need to measure the 3D area of the surface under the polygon?

Hi there!

You can use Agisoft Cloud for that purpose. Simply create an account on https://cloud.agisoft.com/ , upload the Metashape project into the cloud using *File -> Cloud -> Upload project* option in Metashape and then publish the project on https://cloud.agisoft.com/.

It seems that the problem is in Sentinel HASP (software protection driver) installer inside Sputnik GIS distributive. We will also report this problem to TrendMicro.
