I can speak for M3E which I have.
It is almost perfect for mapping. I say almost because I would like it to have a little bit better camera.
It fly's for about 45min on one battery but in real conditions I'd say for 30-35min.
It has real-time terrain follow and it works above 30m AGL. It can also import custom DEM easily.
The RTK can work with their base station or via NTRIP. If you have emlid M2 or the RS2/3 you can output the corrections locally with gps's hotspot or other local network so no internet is needed.
Pilot 2 is very good planning app but it has some bugs that DJI fixes very slowly.
Overall I am happy with the M3E.
