General / Exporting aligined photos to Leica Photogrammetry Suite(LPS)

I am trying to export the results of photo alignment  to LPS  for further stereo restitution...

I aligned my photos so good and when I draw a line it is completely true in other photos,I think it means that photos are well oriented but when I move to LPS for further stereo restitution it show many parallax !!

Notice that I use original Photos not undistorted one....

can any body help ?

General / Force Metashape to use manual tie points in Aligning

Hello,
I faced with a heavy forest area with some houses in it, so my 3d model has Y parallax(It appears when you draw some line in some images and on another images they are not in true place).
I decided to create some manual markers as true tie points, now I want to align all photos with these markers and force it to include these tie points!!
how can I do these?
Or
How can I solve my main problem?

Thanks for your attention , but something is not clear for me. You mean instead of creating vertices, I must create markers in vertices? I have some markers as GCPs, isn't it enough?

Hello , after aligning photos when you draw a line on a photo you can see that it deforms on other photos and is not on its true place as attached files! what's the problem exactly?

Hello.

It's obvious that pair  pre-selection  is an effective option for reducing Aligning process time in Agisoft Photoscan , but I can't understand if it is useful why is optional?
I mean what we lose when using this option...
