Right now, when you're rotating a point cloud, bounding box, or model, the only way to do this is by local transform. This makes it very difficult to get a align perfectly to an XYZ axis. In most 3d programs, to do this, you would switch to an orthographic front, side, top view and rotate things using a World Transform gizmo. When working only with local transform gizmos, your rotation axis' end up at weird angles and it's very tough to rotate with precision.
