Feature Requests / Batch referencing (coordinates input) for multiple chunks

I have several hundreds/thousands of chunks: each chunk represents different object; all objects are photographed in the same environment containing Agisoft targets. Therefore, coordinates of the targets are identical in all chunks.
The targets (markers) were detected in batch process mode. Is it possible to assign coordinates of the markers for all chungs at once?
Maybe using python?
It is rather time consuming to enter thousand times the same coordinates manually,
