Hello all,
Our setup is an ROV with LBL aided INS positioning, altimeter heights, pressure converted to depths and our attitude data is highly accurate. I have aligned and produced a great dataset (dense cloud, mesh, DEM, Orthos) but will like it to show water depths and not height from the camera.
How do I achieve this?

Paulo is correct, your co-ordinates are in Lat/Long in metashape and not converted to E/N
UTM co-ordinates will not look like that for the zone you are in.
