Hello! I noticed when I make a shiny object more matte (putting cornstarch onto a shiny object to "create" more texture, my models come out a bit smoother. With it being window frames, I am not sure how well cornstarch would work, but I do know there are some washable matte sprays available. I have never used these myself, so some more research is not a bad idea. Here's a link to one I found when googling "matte spray for photogrammetry": 3D scanning developer spray from 3DChimera, Peel 3D has some for a spray powder (store.peel-3d.com). There are more, these are just the first few I saw.
