Has anyone had any contact with an Agisoft rep in the past few weeks? I've been trying to contact the Sales team about SaaS licensing for Metashape, both through an old email chain they had previously responded to and through the "Contact" from on this site. I received an automated email about the creation of that support ticket but haven't had an other responses in the past 2-3 weeks. Hoping SaaS is still offered by Agisoft...

Alexey, I still haven't heard anything from anyone at the sale team. Is there a better email I can reach out to in order to get in contact with them?

Hi,

In 2020, I emailed Agisoft Support (support@agisoft.com) with some questions about a license agreement for service providers that would allow my company to use Metashape as the core of a web application that would be made available to select partners in our field. I'm now trying to find an updated version of this agreement but several email attempts to the Support email have only generated auto-responses with no follow-up. It's been over a month now and I'm hoping someone here knows something more or can point me in the right direction.
