General / Display issues
« on: October 19, 2017, 05:31:05 AM »
PS used to work perfectly on my laptop but recently I have been having issues with PS both versions 1.3 and 1.4. When I try to display a photo the image is blank and I cant switch between the Workspace and Reference panes. Only if I toggle between the "Model" and "Photo" panes the photo is refreshed and the Reference pane appears.

Anyone with similar issues??

cheers,

Javier

I sometimes have issues with MS bands not being recognised. I have tried adding both images or bands as folders. Is there a way I can process bands as separate chunks (GRE, RED, REG, NIR) and then merge them as the one multispec chunk?

General / placing markers and automatically refining locations
« on: January 27, 2016, 06:43:21 AM »
I am placing markers using the guided approach. I have 10 GCP that can be seen on many photos and the process of manually refining the markers location is very time-consuming.

Is there a way to update the markers location after refining a few of them manually?

Thanks.

Javier

Solved the issue! My first chunk was not referenced!!

Using 0.01 m as raster resolution (see attached). There are no issues when running chunk by chunk manually. Error is just when using the batch tool. Tried splitting into blocks as well but did not work.

I am running into a memory error while trying to batch export DEMs with 1.1.5 (2034) 64 bits. However, export works perfectly if doing it manually. See console below:

General / Re: How to check processing time
« on: April 14, 2015, 01:39:59 AM »
I'm batch processing 10 chunks and would like to know how much time did it take to complete individual processes (e.g. building dense cloud of chunk 1). The processing is still going so cant right-click on chunk info. What is the easiest way to see this in the log file?

Feature Requests / Re: Alignment of region

What Im looking for is being able to export both the orthophoto and DEM (or cloud point) using only markers and no GCPs. thanks for the help

Thanks. I have 3 points on a "L" scale bar which I am using to define horizontal and vertical planes for my orthophoto. I would like to do the same so when I export my point cloud, it is relatively aligned. Otherwise my flat beach is a gentle slope! Actually... Can i just align/scale the cloudpoint to the orthophoto?

Hi Alexey,

Is there any way of aligning the region when exporting points the same way you can when exporting the orthophoto (i.e. using 3 markers)? How can we "shift" the pointcloud to align to markers?

cheers,

Javier
