Agisoft Cloud / Re: Agisoft Cloud is down.

Hi Ilya, any updates on this subject?

It would be amazing to have some tools similar to Photoshop to edit the final ortho mosaic so it can be more aesthetic and fix some areas of the Ortho that aren't perfect. I know there are some basic Ortho Mosaic editing tools, but in some jobs, we're always forced to export some areas to Photoshop for final editing and delivery. Editing colors, shadows, fixing edges, clone tool are some useful tools I imagine.

General / Color Calibration Phase One IXU150
« on: September 01, 2023, 03:47:21 AM »
Hi Everyone,

I processed a project from a 150 mp phase one sensor. The project is 14,000 Ha and everything is fine except for the shades of the flight lines. What's the correct procedure to remove these shades (see attached image)? Would color calibration of the Mesh do the trick? This is only visible when viewing from far away when I zoom in it can't be perceived.

General / How would the new MacStudio do with Metashape
« on: March 24, 2022, 10:42:11 PM »
Hi Everyone,

Not an apple fan boy or anything, actually the contrary, but I'm seeing these crazy benchmarks of the new Mac Studio with the M1 Ultra outpreforming anyhting at any task. Does anyone have it to test out how good it fares at processing photogrammetry datasets?

General / Orthophoto colors and artifacts error
« on: April 19, 2021, 05:17:36 PM »
Hi,

I've been having this issue mainly when I have cloudy days and the exposure varies during flight. I get this weird texture on my final ortho which aesthetically isn't adequate. Is there a way to avoid this or is there a solution? Mosaic editor won't solve the problem,  at least no most of the time.

Thanks,

Santiago

General / Thermal Reflectance Map from RJPG Images
« on: October 01, 2020, 06:56:23 PM »
Hi,

Does anyone know if I can create an accurate thermal mosaic derived from RJPG XT2 images? I need to create a Thermal mosaic for solar panel inspections, but I need the accurate thermal pixel number to be maintained in the mosaic. Has anyone managed to achieve this?

Best regards,

Hi Alexey,

Please find attached the screenshots and the txt file with the estimated values. I'll try processing with the workflow you suggest and let you know how it goes.

Thanks,

General / PHANTOM 4 RTK ALIGMENT ISSUES
« on: November 08, 2019, 05:14:16 PM »
Hi everyone,

I have a project were I used a phantom 4 RTK for a very rigorous client. We did every flight without truning off the base station that comes with the drone so that every flight would be logged with the same elevation. Still we're getting a huge aligment error for an important portion of the area. I've tried checking and unchecking the load accuracy form xmp data but eithewr way I get the error. Could anyone advise on what might be happening, I've already checked the rotation values and there's no apparent issues there.

General / Re: Align new images with a bigger Project

Hi Alexey,

I did not have the keep key points selected in the advanced tab. I assume I have to align the whole project again. It's a shame as it's huge, but thanks for the help. I'll keep that small detail in mind from now on and always keep it selected.

General / Align new images with a bigger Project
« on: September 26, 2019, 08:21:37 PM »
Hi,

I'm having issues to align new images to a huge project I'm processing. The whole project has around 60K images so far, and I just got 2.5K new images that I need to align, but it's been impossible to align this neww images without resetting the whole project. I don't know what should be the methodolgy used but I've tried selecting around 5K images that include the new ones and the one that have already aligned and oerlap with them, then I right click and select the option align selected images with no new images aligned in the process.

Please let me know how to proceed. Right now I'm aligning the new images in another chunk, but chunk aligment has worked very poorly so far.

General / Re: Rotated Region by Accident
« on: September 09, 2019, 07:42:44 PM »
Hi Alexey,

Yes I'm aware of this, but it seems I rotated the region by accident in an axis I didn't want to. To avoid having to do the project from scratch is there a way to go back to a ortho projection?

Thanks

General / Rotated Region by Accident
« on: September 04, 2019, 08:08:50 PM »
Hi,

I'm working on a survey and I need to rotate the region so my bounding box can process just one zone. By accident I might have rotated the region in the X or Y axis. When I finished processing I noticed something weird on the point cloud so I zoomed to my bounding box and noticed I had some slight rotation of the region. How can I make sure my region only rotates on the Z axis or in case I rotate it over the XY axis correct it.

Best,

Santiago

General / Re: Alignment Stuck at 99% for 2 days
« on: August 28, 2019, 12:22:40 AM »
Hi Alexey,

Thank you for your reply. I'm using version 1.5.4. I had to break the project in 3 parts. I'm processing 13 thousand images now. I would like to do the following as well. I've failed to align  chunks before and don't want to do it that way. Is there a way to align some cameras first then add some more to the project and align all of them without resetting the alignment on the first cameras?

When I try to align new cameras into a project it always fails.

Best,
