How much better will the high setting in align photos be compared to low and medium?
What will it make better for my ortophoto if i use high setting?

I cant really se any difference to the results if i use high or low.....

Yes i am with you on that, but what if the ground plane differs from when the reference scanning was done then it is not reliable method. The ground level tends to change if they move around material

So as long as the piles are not overlapping pscan would to a great job at calculating the piles?

Yes but if you isolate the area to be measured and do the close hole procedure, then it would be an reliable method for volume measurement?

As in the tutorial.

In the the tutorials there is an option when doing volume calculations that does not involve gps gcp, just set scale in model byt setting an known distance between two points.

How much accuracy will i loose with this method, maybe none?
What is the accuracy when doing volume measurement with good photos and gcp (under idela conditions that is), i have heard number of 1%

But then regions are numbered with both number and letter, and the only one to choose from is N region i photoscan.

Anyone knows what would be the difference, i am located in the W Zone

Edit: Found some converter sites and it seems he dont ask for the letters......only ZONE number. I still like to know if the letters really matter for photoscan.

Found moore info on my coordinates.

The data for the pics are in WGS84 and UTM.

In photoscan there is possible to choose WGS84 and UTM, just select the correct region wich can be found on wikipedia.
