Adjusting Dense Cloud Elevation

I want to ask for help, is it possible for me to adjust the dense cloud elevation in agisoft photoscan? If it is, can somebody tell me how to do that?

What is the reason of this need?

Why the coordinate information of the reconstructed dense cloud require editing? Probably, the original referencing information is incorrect and the complete model (including the estimated camera locations) is positions in the wrong place?
