Geotagging Images
« on: December 08, 2018, 01:18:16 AM »
I'm doing something wrong when trying to apply GPS positions to a set of images. The non georeferenced images were captured with a SONY NEX 5N, the image positions were captured from a hot shoe on the sony and a Emlid Reach module. The image names are typical (DSC01013, DSC01014, etc.) The .csv has four columns -label, Lat, Lon, Elev (m).

I followed the process here ==>http://www.agisoft.com/pdf/PS_1.2%20-Tutorial%20(BL)%20-%20Orthophoto,%20DEM%20(without%20GCPs).pdf

After I load the .csv file I get a message "Can't find match for 'DSC01014' entry. Create new marker?

The label fields in the .csv match the image names. ( in the above example, the DSC01014 is a valid name for an image in the set.

Any help would be apperciated.

Hello mwfoshee,

The CSV file that you are importing should contain the file extension for the images, not just camera labels as they appear in the Workspace pane, for example: DSC01013.JPG.
