someone know if is possible remove the tie point that are inside a Mask after the alignment stage or I must restart the step:

Hello tuffi,

The tie points that have projections on the masked area can be invalidated using Python scripting. Also it can be scripted to select and invalidate the tie point based on their color. Additionally you can try to select them using Gradual selection instruments, as such points may have higher reprojection error and higher uncertainty value.

But masked areas will not be considered for the depth maps ant texture generation operations, so if you are not planning to optimize the alignment, it may be not reasonable to remove the tie points.

Hi,

I tried with gradual selection but the results are not so good.
Actualy I optimize the model with high accuracy GNSS GCP and I have an error of about 6 cm. So I think that the sky tie point don't create a big problem on the recostruction, and I see that With a mask the sky point are eliminate from dense cloud. For visual purpose, the sky area will be masked also from 3d model and ortomosaic right?
