DEM elevation data
« on: December 15, 2018, 12:55:22 AM »
Hi all, I produced a DEM in agisoft and imported it into ArcMap. It looks great! But I cannot seem to find any actual elevation data. Do i need to process it in Arc to get data? It doesn't have an attributes table so I can't calculate statistics. I don't know what to do and everything I am finding online is suggesting I use a tool that doesn't seem to exist in my version of Arc. I have ArcGIS v10.6.1.

thanks

Also,

I did export > export DEM > TIFF/KML/XYZ and checked the boxes for "write world file," "write KML file," "write BigTIFF file." I did not see an option for write xyz file

Hello szhu0,

Can you export GeoTIFF in the low resolution and attach it to the post here, so that we can also check it?

If you need to export XYZ file for the elevation model, then you should select it in the Save dialog instead of GeoTIFF format.

I am not sure what you mean by GeoTIFF. Attached are my options for exporting DEMs. At first it looks like I will get an XYZ file, but the main menu to ecport my DEM does not give me the option to write an xyz file

Hello szhu0,

Please press Export button in the Export DEM dialog and select XYZ file type in save dialog when pointing to the export file location.
