Deactivate Trial

I downloaded the 32 bit trial but it turns out I need the 64 bit. I uninstalled the 32 and when I try to install the 64 it says I already have an active trial. How can I deactivate my other trial so I can use the 64 bit one?

Hello Petill,

Trial licenses cannot be deactivated. Just copy the .lic file related to the trial license from PhotoScan Pro installation directory in /Program Files (x86)/ folder to /Program Files/ directory.

There isn't a lic file in the 86 folder

Please try to input the same trial license key to the activation window of 64-bit version.

That is exactly what I have been doing. I open the 64 bit version, it asks for the code. I put in the code, it gives me the message - "photoscan is already activated" . I am then stuck with the demo version. It does not look like I can I have both the 32 bit and the 64 bit at the same time. All I want is to cancel the 32 so I can use the 64. Nothing I tried has worked.

Would a different trial code make a difference?

Which version of PhotoScan you are using?

Please try installing the latest version and if the key doesn't work for the activation, create the offline activation request and send it to us.
