Terrestrial camera with spherical lenses

Hello,

Does anyone have a feel or experience for the practicalities and expected accuracy from ISTAR Pulsar type systems - for say an area 100m square?  Better or worse than drone data generally?  Obviously more oblique in nature and closer to the ground than drone data.  What type of range for Survey accuracy generally?
