when using align cameras i get different results run the program multiple times

I want to align a group of cameras.
The location of each camera is known withing 1cm in world geometry.
When I have
1- loaded the cameras
2 - Loaded the calibration file with my world coordinates

I then run align.

I get a result that is about 2-4 cm in error

I run the software again suddenly I get a meter of error.

Can you please explain the behaviour?
