Importing and texturing a structured light mesh

I am trying to import a mesh and texture it in metashape.  Capturing object mesh with the Metron E scanner and constructing a texture with a hybrid array (using projection for alignment.  Both are scaled correctly.  I can't seem to be able to align the imported mesh chunk with my cameras.  Any ideas?  Thank you.
