Hard Time Aligning Turntable Photos

Hi I've been scanning objects with the turntable method and it seems to randomly get misaligned.  For example I will take pictures from 3 different angles middle, top and bottom, I will align the middle and top first to see if its working correctly and it will align them perfectly, but then when I try to align all 3 at the same time only the bottom will align. I've tried using a background image to mask and also manually masking a few images from each angle and both get the same result.

Can you share the link to the complete source image set? Either send it to support@agisoft.com or post it here, if the data is not sensible, so that other users could try to process it as well.
