TRACKBALL DOES NOT WORK

Hi Everyone,

I'm having a trouble with the movement of the trackball, I don't know why it keeps statitc, I can only move up and down, left and right with the mouse in XY plane. I cannot visualize things in Z plane because of this problem. Can someone help me?

Which navigation mode is selected in the Model menu?

Hi Alexey Pasumansky,
I have the same problem!
Navigation Mode is Terrain Mode, but it doesn't matter - Object Mode gives the same result.
Zoom and Rotation is not possible.
Any ideas?

Can you please provide the screenshot of Metashape window and also specify Metashape and OS version used?
