Cloud Processing Gateway Time-out

Hi all,

I am trying to upload a project but keep running into this error:

"Error transferring https://api.agisoft.com:8086/v1.4/projects - server replied: Gateway Time-out (status code 504)"

Is there anyone who might be able to shed some light on this? I understand that the connection is timing out, but is there any explanation for the issue before I attempt to recompile my Openssl library?

Is anyone else able to use the cloud processing feature at this point?

Hello lunchbox,

We are not observing issues with the cloud processing now. Can you please try to create a simple project with the couple of images only and send the processing to the cloud - does it start and complete successfully?
