Some one can explain me  what is key points and tie points or give some  link ?

Good, but the manual takes for granted i know what is a key point and tie point , and talks about masking tie points , key points, key points limits etc etc, but i don't know what rapresent  this terms for  the software, hope to explain correct with my basic english.

They're not PhotoScan/MetaShape software specific terms - they're relatively standard photogrammetry terms.

Very crudely:
   Key point = a distinct feature in one single image
   Tie point = where same feature has been recognised in multiple images
