Add new markers to the current project a Question ?

I do have a question for you.

When I was working on my old aerial photos and have about 20 photos and aligned them and use the markers. Now my question is

if my co-worker review my orthomosaic and found a few areas that needed to be add new markers. The reason for this is because I can see some smears .

If I add the new markers with the existing markers, would that by adding a few  markers cause some issues ?

Do you have any advice for the new add markers with the existing ones ?

For now I am using PhotoScan 1.4.4.
