Accurate GCPs

I'm fairly new to this software, and I'm having trouble with a project I'm working on. I have a photoset, and a set of highly accurate GCPs. I align the photos and enter my GCPs into the correct locations. But when I build the DEM and check these locations, they don't have the same coordinates that I just entered, and that I measured for the GCPs. Is there any way to have Agisoft force these locations to conform to the GCP coordinates?

Hello rian,

Do you optimize the camera alignment after placing marker projections and loading their coordinates? Are you observing large error for the markers in the Reference pane?
