reseting optimization

Is there any way to reset the optimization step? Will unchecking all markers and running optimization work? Or are random errors always introduced?

Hello xabierr,

Optimization cannot be discarded, you can only roll back to the previous state, if the project copy has been saved in a separate project file or chunk.

Re-running optimization would be applied to the current alignment, so if everything is messed up for any reason, running optimization would not fix it.
