Orthomosaic invisble
« on: April 25, 2019, 02:40:26 PM »
Hi

When I make an orthomosaic the orthomosaic won't show in Metashape - but I am able to export the mosaic without problems?? It makes it a bit difficult to work with mosaic before export.

I haven't had this problem before.

Regards,

Esben

Hello Esben,

Which version of application you are using? Are you able to see the DEM in the Ortho view mode or have you any issues with the images display in Photo view mode?

Hi Aleksey

Thanks for your reply :)

I just upgraded from Photoscan 1.4.4 to latest version of Metashape.

The orthomosaic actually do show, when based on a DEM. The problem occurs when I do planar or cylinder orthos. I haven't experienced any problems with image display in Photoview mode.

I've tried to go back to 1.4.4 and there everything is fine.

Esben

Hello Esben,

I assume that the projection direction is not selected correctly then, if the issue only appears for mesh-based orthomosaic.
